Common questions
What's the minimum order quantity?
DTG printing and heat transfer have no minimums. Screen printing requires a minimum of 12 shirts. Bulk pricing starts at 24 shirts.
Can I mix sizes and colors in one order?
Yes — for bulk and custom orders you can mix sizes at no extra charge. Color changes may affect pricing depending on the print method.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes. Rush orders (3–5 business day turnaround) are available for a 30% surcharge. Contact us to confirm availability before placing a rush order.
What file formats do you accept for designs?
We accept SVG, PDF, PNG, and JPG. For best results, submit vector files (SVG/PDF) at 300 DPI or higher. We also offer design services if you don't have artwork ready.
Do you ship outside of Dallas?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Local pickup is also available in Dallas.
